Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WAN 3.0 Video at wan3video.art, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

WAN 3.0 Video is an AI video studio at wan3video.art that provides software-as-a-service features such as text-to-video, image-to-video, account management, credits, and paid plans.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. Generation quality, availability, queue time, and model behavior can vary.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach via support@wan3video.art.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property, publicity, or other rights of any party (including brands, people, music, or media you upload or reference).
• Upload or generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or disallowed content under applicable law or our policies.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service, including automated abuse of generation endpoints.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Misrepresent WAN 3.0 Video as another company’s official product or website.

Payments, Credits, and Billing

Paid features (including credit packs and subscriptions) are billed in advance for the selected purchase or billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Credits are consumed when generation jobs run; unused credits may expire according to plan or pack terms shown at purchase.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our Refund Policy.

Generated Content and Intellectual Property

• Your inputs. You retain rights you already have in prompts, images, and other materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the service (including model inference and storage needed for jobs and history).
• Outputs. Subject to these Terms, your plan entitlements, and third-party model provider rules, you may use generated videos for personal or commercial purposes as permitted. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs and for clearing rights to any references, brands, likenesses, or trademarks you include.
• Our service. The WAN 3.0 Video website, software, branding, and original non-user content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

AI Limitations

AI video generation is probabilistic. Outputs may be imperfect, unexpected, or unsuitable for your purpose. We do not guarantee that any clip will match a particular creative standard, brand guideline, or platform policy. You should review every output before public or commercial use.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of data, credits, revenue, or goodwill related to AI generation results or third-party model providers.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
